A reception measurement unit measures a transition time of the connection state among the cells of the UE, in accordance with the response signal. A deciding unit receives a measured result of the transition time, and decides whether or not the connection state of the UE is transiting in accordance with the scheduled time-passage. The indicating unit causes the display unit to indicate, the decided result transition among the cells in accordance with the time-passage, so as to be visually recognizable on a single coordinate.
