The enabling arrangement includes a current position acquiring unit (17) for acquiring current position data representative of a current position of the computer apparatus. A current-location providing spot is identified from the current position data and the wireless LAN connecting unit is automatically adapted to an ISP different at each providing spot without the need of manually changing ISP agreement data.
