This Invention provides a compound of the Formula: ##STR00001## wherein X is ##STR00002## R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are described in the specification and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound used for inhibiting replication of a herpes virus.
