A hand held personal digital assistant including: memory for storing information; a display; a pagewidth printhead; a processor for processing information to generate dot data and supply it to the printhead; a supply of print media disposed within said personal digital assistant. a user interface configured to enable: retrieval of the information from the memory for display on the display; printing of the displayed information; and input of further information for storage, display and printing.
