A new and distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named `Dekmallorca`, characterized by its decorative-type inflorescences with elliptic to oblong-shaped, dark pink-colored ray florets; strong and upright flowering stems; freely flowering habit; early and uniform flowering response; and good postproduction longevity.
