An implant for spinal fusion that includes a top surface and a bottom
surface opposing the top surface. An anterior surface extends from the
top surface to the bottom surface and a posterior surface extends from
the top surface to the bottom surface. The implant includes a first end,
a second end, and a means for promoting spinal fusion. The implant may
further include one or more of a cavity and a trough wherein bone growth
material may be backed before or after the implant is inserted into the
spine.
