manufacturing a light-emitting element in which decrease over time in
emission efficiency of the light-emitting element having a structure in
which an organic compound is sandwiched between a pair of electrodes is
suppressed and long-life thereof can be enhanced. It is a method for
manufacturing a light-emitting element having a plurality of layers
composed of an organic compound between a pair of electrodes, wherein a
processing to expose to an atmosphere including oxygen is performed after
or before forming at least one layer of the plurality of layers. Note
that the plurality of layers includes a light-emitting layer, and is
composed of the light-emitting layer and at least one or more layers
selected from a hole injecting layer, a hole transporting layer, a hole
blocking layer, an electron transporting layer, and an electron injecting
layer.
