A new and distinct cultivar of Bracteantha named `KLEBA04086`, characterized by its upright, uniform and bushy growth habit; freely-flowering habit; bright orange yellow-colored involucral bracts and golden yellow to darker orange-colored disc florets; and good garden performance.
