At least one individual user profile with multimedia contents is stored for each elevator user. When a user is identified, the multimedia contents in the associated user profile are presented. Dining a group transport, the individual user profiles associated with the users in the group are linked in a collective travelling profile for presentation of selected multimedia contents.
