Bus electrodes have extended parts formed on the X and Y display electrodes, slanted parts formed along an edge of the substrate, extending from the respective extended parts and inclined with respect to the extended parts at a predetermined angle, and connecting parts extending from the slanted parts, wherein a width of at least one portion of the slanted part is greater than a width of the extended part.
