A system, method, and device for practicing tracheotomy tube maintenance
are disclosed. The exemplary system may have a simulated head and neck
section. The simulation may be a form hollow body of semi-rigid material
with an internal cavity that simulates a human airway between a mouth and
a neck of the human with a tracheal stoma in the neck. The tracheal stoma
is sized to receive a tracheotomy tube. An aperture in the neck may be
provided to allow a user to view the placement of the tracheotomy tube in
the internal cavity.
