The panel includes a wheel extending in a substantially vertical plane between a lower position and an upper position and having radial retaining members on the upstream side of the panel and attached thereto, an aspiration device on the upstream side of the retaining members, and elements for driving the panel and/or aspiration device with a rotary relative movement so as to generate locally through the panel a successive counterflow at each retaining member in accordance with the rotary relative movement in order to take up successively debris and particles retained thereby and to direct them through an evacuation pipe adapted to evacuate the debris and particles to the exterior.
