The invention relates to novel substituted benzoylpyrazoles of the formula (I), ##STR00001## in which n, A, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, Y, and Z are as defined herein, and also to processes for their preparation and to their use as herbicides.
