Therefore, there is provided herein in one specific embodiment a composition comprising: a) at least one silicone surfactant, and where silicone of silicone surfactant (a) has the general structure of: M.sub.a.sup.1M.sub.b.sup.2D.sub.c.sup.1D.sub.d.sup.2T.sub.e.sup.1T.sub.f.- sup.2Q.sub.g; and, 2.ltoreq.(a+b+c+d+e+f+g).ltoreq.100; and, b) a mixture comprising an aqueous phase, a solid filler phase and optionally an oil phase that is substantially insoluble in said aqueous phase.
