Systems and methods are provided for generating a model for providing one
or more scores indicating a likelihood that an appraisal value is faulty.
In one embodiment, a method includes receiving information representative
of at least one of a borrower, a property, or one or more demographics;
receiving a first appraisal value of the property; receiving a second
appraisal value of the property, such that the second appraisal verifies
the first appraisal; and determining one or more parameters for the model
based on the received information, the received first appraisal value,
and the received second appraisal value, such that the one or more
parameters enable the model to provide the one or more scores.
