An exercise, practice, and training device has a transition piece
adjustably connected to a distal end of a handle. An action receiving
element is bendably connected to a distal portion of the transition piece
and extends distally therefrom. The action receiving element is also
connected to the transition piece by a biasing element that biases the
action receiving element into alignment with the transition piece and
enables bending during exercise, practice, and training by the user.
