The cover device is disposed on the body, corresponding to the opening, and is rotatable between a first position and a second position. The base is combined with the opening in a detachable manner. When the base is combined with the opening, the cover device is in the first position. When the base is detached from the opening, the cover device is in the second position, covering the opening.
