A new and distinct cultivar of Nemesia plant named `CONFETTI FROSTED PINK` that is characterized by dense compact habit, light green and cream-white variegated foliage, and pink flowers with yellow centers. In combination these characteristics set `CONFETTI FROSTED PINK` apart from all other existing varieties of Nemesia known to the inventor.
