The present invention relates to an instant sauce comprising 1 to 20% by
weight of a basic mixture, 8 to 60% by weight of potato products and 20
to 91% by weight of a mixture of high granulometry ingredients,
characterised in that said basic mixture comprises a mixture of at least
one oily antioxidant compound in quantities ranging between 1 to 15% by
weight, and salt in quantities ranging between 99 and 85% by weight.
