A new and distinct cultivar of Chrysanthemum plant named `Yovail`, characterized by its upright and uniformly mounded plant habit; freely branching and vigorous growth habit; dark green-colored foliage; uniform flowering response; early flowering habit; decorative-type inflorescences with white-colored ray florets; and excellent postproduction longevity.
