contains a major amount of potassium chloride, in combination with
ammonium chloride, sucrose, one or more of disodium inosinate and
disodium guanylate, an organic acid, and a salt of glutamic acid. A
reduced sodium chloride composition contains the salt replacing
composition and sodium chloride. A food containing the salt replacing
composition and a process for making the salt replacing composition.
