The control section is adapted to search for cells of the base stations to obtain broadcast information of radio signals of the base stations received by the radio section, select a serving cell of a specified one of the base stations and neighbor cells of other ones of the base stations neighbor to the serving cell in accordance with communication qualities of the radio signals of the base stations, and to set the serving cell and the neighbor cells in a communication connection preparing state.
