According to the method, in response to a user search query including a query search term, a private search space containing a plurality of electronically recallable internal information records, each internal information record of the plurality of electronically recallable internal information records having a keyword field with an associated keyword; is electronically searched. From the private search space, an internal information record whose associated keyword in the keyword field matches the query search term is identified. The identified internal information record is presented to the user.
