The present invention adjusts one or more communications (202) with a receiving unit (272) in a wireless communication network by receiving feedback information (302) relating to the receiving unit (102), determining a feedback information offset for the receiving unit (272), and adjusting the one or more communications (202) with the receiving unit (272) based on the feedback information and the feedback information offset (306).
