Compounds having the formula (I), ##STR00001## wherein R.sup.3 is selected from H, OH and NH.sub.2; R.sup.30 is selected from .dbd.O and .dbd.S; W is --C(.dbd.O)--, --S(.dbd.O)--, or --S(O).sub.2--; or W may be --CH.sub.2-- if X is --C(.dbd.O)--; X is selected from --CH.sub.2--, --N(R.sup.4)--, and --O--, except that when W is --CH.sub.2--, X is --C(.dbd.O)--; Y is a bond or --C(R.sup.40)(R.sup.45)--; Q is a linker; Z is optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, or heterocyclyl; and R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.24, and R.sup.25 are as defined in the specification.
