A new cultivar of Phygelius named `CROSNOQUE` that is characterized by compact upright habit, medium-green foliage, and pure-white flowers that bloom late summer and fall. In combination these traits set `CROSNOQUE` apart from all other existing varieties of Phygelius known to the inventor.
