A new and distinct cultivar of Limonium plant named `Esm Salm`, characterized by its erect, long and strong flowering stems; vigorous growth habit; freely flowering habit; small light red purple to light yellow green-colored flowers with red purple-colored venation; and good postproduction longevity.
