An organic electroluminescent device and a method for fabricating the same
are disclosed. A first electrode, which is a pixel electrode, and a
second electrode, which is a common electrode, are formed to have an
uneven surface, thereby maximizing a luminous efficiency and a reflection
efficiency. In addition, since a surface of a contact area between a
counter electrode and a common electrode can be increased, the
resistivity between the two electrodes can be reduced.
