A driver is connected between a power supply terminal and the output terminal, and supplies a power supply voltage to the output terminal in response to a signal of a control node. A first signal generator provides a first signal to the control node when a voltage of the output terminal is lower than the target voltage. A second signal generator provides a second signal to the control node for a predetermined period of time when the voltage of the output terminal becomes higher than a detection voltage while the first signal generator is providing the first signal to the control node.
