A new cultivar of Phygelius named `CROYELSOV` that is characterized by compact upright habit, green foliage, and rich deep-yellow flowers that bloom late summer and fall. In combination these traits set `CROYELSOV` apart from all other existing varieties of Phygelius known to the inventor.
