Compounds are provided which have the structure of Formula (I): wherein R.sup.1 is halogen; and X is hydrogen or halogen, and salts thereof, which compounds are useful as anti-atherosclerotic, anti-dyslipidemic, anti-diabetic, and anti-obesity agents.
