The present invention relates to novel compounds of the general formula (I) and salts and physiologically functional derivatives thereof, ##STR00001## wherein Z is NH, or CH.sub.2 if Y is SO.sub.2 Y is C.dbd.O, C.dbd.S, or SO.sub.2 if Z is CH.sub.2; A is phenyl or indolyl, N-methyl-indolyl R.sup.1 is --CN, ##STR00002## wherein the bond between CR.sup.3 and CR.sup.7 is a single or double bond; m is 0 or 1; n is 0 or 1; p is 0 or 1; and to their use as medicaments.
