A network operation center is provided. The network operation center
provides a message to a customer over a communication link and waits for
a reply to the message from the customer. When the reply is received, the
network operation center determines whether the reply indicated the
customer is receptive to contact from a call center. If the reply
indicates the customer is receptive, the network operation center
provides a notification to the call center along with customer contact
information. The call center contacts the customer based on the
notification.
