A system for positioning an interface element includes one or more hollow members adapted to telescope into an outermost hollow member. The outermost hollow member has a structure at a first end. When a portion of a hollow member is extending from the outermost hollow member, the hollow member is at an angle relative to the outermost hollow member due to the structure. The interface element is capable of being moved through at least one of the hollow members from a first position to a second position.
