with lung cancer. The invention is more specifically related to a nucleic
acids and the polypeptides transcribed thereof, the expression of which
is significantly altered in association with lung cancer. The invention
relates to a series of differentially spliced transcripts of the gene
disclosed herein, that are associated with tumors of the respiratory
tract. Furthermore the present invention provides a method for early
diagnosis, prognosis and monitoring of the disease course and for therapy
and vaccination of cell proliferative disorders such as e.g. lung tumors.
