The wagering game terminal includes a wagering game that has a set of primary symbols and one or more secondary symbols. During the wagering game, one of the secondary symbols is superimposed on one or more of the primary symbols. These primary symbols may then be given enhanced evaluation in the wagering game, depending on certain conditions being met in the wagering game, or some other predetermined event.
