Compounds of the formula (1): in which A, R.sup.1, R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are as defined in the description, the processes for the preparation of these compounds, the uses thereof for the treatment of dyslipidaemia, atherosclerosis and diabetes, and the pharmaceutical compositions comprising them.
