The device for holding a partition wall on a wall in the interior of a
vehicle, particularly on a ceiling paneling of an airplane cabin,
comprises a holding element (24; 24'; 24'') to be attached to the vehicle
and having at least one recess (34; 34''), and a slider (36; 36'')
arranged on the holding element (24; 24'; 24'') and formed with a

position in which the receiving opening (38; 38'') is arranged within the
