Plural flat surfaces to which a cushion is attached are formed on an upper surface of the outer peripheral portion and a lower surface thereof. Each of the flat surfaces on the upper surface of the outer peripheral portion and each of the flat surfaces on the lower surfaces are connected by a corresponding connecting part. The plural flat surfaces to which the cushion member is attached are formed between the outer peripheral wall of the outer peripheral portion and the inner peripheral wall thereof, rather than the outer side of the outer peripheral wall of the outer peripheral portion.
