Novel compounds of the formula I ##STR00001## in which R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and Het are as defined herein, which are inhibitors of tyrosine kinases and/or Raf kinases and can be employed for the treatment of tumours, for neuroprotection and for protection of the stress proteins of the skin.
