The invention relates to compounds of general formula (I): ##STR00001## in which X.sub.1, X.sub.2, X.sub.3, X.sub.4, X.sub.5, Z.sub.1, Z.sub.2, Z.sub.3, Z.sub.4 and Z.sub.5, R, Y and n are as defined herein. Also disclosed and claimed are the preparative methods and application of said compounds in therapeutics.
