The present invention relates to a primer of detecting a food-borne pathogen, and to a method of detection for food poisoning. In particular, the invention relates to a PCR primer which is specific to and is used for rapid and accurate detection of the Salmonella spp., Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli O-157, Listeria monocytogenes, and Vibrio parahemoliticus, respectively, and a detection method and a kit for the Food poisoning by using the PCR primer.
