The present disclosure relates to a system and method for membrane protein separation including: fractionating a membrane sample on a reversed-phase superficially porous stationary phase at a temperature of greater than or equal to about 40.degree. C. to recover a protein greater than about 70 weight percent of the mixture of proteins.
