The present invention relates to quinobenzoxazines analogs having the general formula: ##STR00001## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, esters and prodrugs thereof; wherein A, U, W, X, Z, B, L, R.sup.1, R.sup.3, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are substituents. The present invention also relates to methods for using such compounds.
