A retainer is rotatably secured to a stand with a pivot shaft, and adjustable relative to the stand, and a housing is attached onto the retainer, and including a chamber formed therein for receiving an object therein. The stand is engageable into the channel that is formed or defined between the bracket and the panel, via the opening of the board. The board includes a front bag to receive a receiver device.
