Alternatively, the base station makes a transfer setting request which activates the incoming call for the mobile station located in its communication area to be transferred to a predetermined transfer destination telephone number, to the mobile communication network apparatus. Alternatively, the mobile station transmits a transfer setting request which activates the incoming call for its own station to be transferred to a predetermined telephone number, to the mobile communication network apparatus through the specific base station when incoming call transfer control information transmitted by the specific base station is received.
