The inner layer (11), the intermediate layer (12), and the outer layer (13) are a non-foamed layer respectively. The JIS-A hardness of the inner layer (11) is set to not more than 10 degrees. The JIS-A hardness of the outer layer (13) is set to a range of 25 to 60 degrees.
