A new and distinct cultivar of Poinsettia plant named `Ice Punch`, characterized by its uniform, upright, compact and mounded plant habit; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; mid-season flowering response; inflorescences with cherry red and pink bi-colored flower bracts; and excellent post-production longevity.
