A fluid misting apparatus and method that is adapted to be attached to a
cycle having an energy source, the fluid misting apparatus includes a
reservoir for containing a fluid and a centrifugal pump that is powered
by the energy source, wherein the pump is in fluid communication with the
reservoir, with the pump being operational to produce a fluid flow and
fluid pressure from the fluid in the reservoir. Also included is a nozzle
that is in fluid communication with the pump, the nozzle is operational
to direct an atomized fluid mist adjacent to a cycle rider by utilizing
the pump fluid flow and fluid pressure.
