The multilayer device comprises a light-emitting layer (12) arranged between a first insulating layer (13) and a second insulating layer (14), a first conducting layer (15) arranged on the first insulating layer (13) and connected to said conducting electrode (2), and a second conducting layer (16) arranged on the second insulating layer (14).
